In 1981, Griffith Company initiated its transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Corporation. 2002 marks the year that our company became 100% employee-owned. Every employee/owner remains personally invested in maintaining the quality of our work. Together, we continue to uphold our company’s guiding principles, collectively known as the Griffith Way: Honesty, integrity and a commitment to deliver on our promises.
