| Avenue
E was constructed in Lancaster for the County of Los
Angeles. This project involved a complete reconstruction
of approximately one mile of Avenue E from Sierra Hwy
to Division Street, a Box Culvert Extension, Storm
Drain Improvements, and a 2" ARHM overlay on over
six miles of Sierra Hwy from Avenue A to Avenue G.
Griffith Company's Los Angeles District headed up the
efforts, with support from our Underground and Structures
Divisions. Griffith Company's Edmonston Asphalt Plant
supplied the project with nearly 20,000 tons of Asphalt.
The project was complete well ahead of schedule. |
