Company is currently working on Sepulveda Boulevard,
between Centinela Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard, just
north of the LAX Airport. This project consists
of widening Sepulveda Boulevard between 74th Street
and 78th Street on the eastside along with widening
between 84th Street and 92nd Street on both sides.
In hopes of creating a better flow of traffic, the
two lanes in these areas will be constructed into three
lanes with the addition of a parking lane for the business
areas. Beautiful landscaped raised medians will be
placed in various areas between Howard Hughes Parkway
and 92nd Street. The removal and replacement of various
types of trees will take place along with new street
and tree lighting. Coordination with various utility
companies is the key to completing this 728 day project
on time. |
